Pam is a resourceful visionary in many areas of business and Real Estate.  Her special expertise is in marketing, real estate development/ redevelopment both residential and commercial with proven success! 

With a previous career in Information Technology, security and facilities management assists her in meeting and overcoming the challenges in today’s economic real estate market.  Pam has a degree in Information Systems Management. She worked at LFCU as head of Information Technology for 19 years, then as an independent consultant in the Washington DC area for 2 years.  

Richard Arms, Pam’s husband has run several businesses.  He was previously owner of First Bankcorp Mortgage and Banker’s Title Company.  As a husband and wife team, Rick holds the class “A” contractor’s license for the state of Virginia and owns Prosafe a real estate acquisition company.  The latest commercial redeveloped project that Rick and Pam worked together on from project conception, approvals, acted at the building contractor, all the way to current – owner /operators.  This business is located within the city of Williamsburg called Williamsburg Storage LLC, a 4 story climate controlled self storage facility with 2 additional phases approved for build out.  (Opened May 28, 2009 and is considered by industrial standard to be at rented up.) 

Pam has a natural affinity with the Williamsburg Area residents, local and interstate businesses, William and Mary, Department of Defense and other military related organizations.

Rick and Pam have 3 daughters Victoria, Veronica and Heather Roxanne.  Together they have developed a nonprofit organization that assists women starting businesses in developing countries.  Pam is a development educator trained through USAID and the Peace Corps.  She has run and assisted many volunteer fundraising events.  As a family, they learned karate together and Pam holds a brown belt in Shin Ryu.
